This session has been a journey in the making! We have helped schools with understanding roles and responsibilities. We have helped schools explore their equitable practices. We have talked about community engagement and input. Now, with the incredible research of our partner consultant and former charter school founder, Dr. Angela Dye (SBC Consulting), we may have finally peeled the onion back to see that effective power-sharing is at the heart of a healthy school.
