Advanced Understanding of Charter Contracts

The charter contract is the agreement between the authorizer and governance board and is often used as a guide for the relationship between the two parties. This session is intended as a deep-dive into charter contracts, going beyond the basics and outlining what makes a strong charter contract. Sarah Hackett (WRCCS), will walk you through a model contract and highlight key areas that can cause confusion to be able to provide participants with a clear understanding of what a charter contract should entail. Bring your specific questions and ask the experts!
